Fernwood is Australia’s largest women-only fitness community, and this club is growing. We’re adding a dedicated Appointment Setter to make sure every woman who reaches out gets a quick, friendly response and an easy path to come and experience the club. Put simply: you fill the tour calendar.
What you’ll do
Respond to every new enquiry within minutes — phone first, then text
Re‑engage our existing lead database (people who enquired but never came in)
Run a structured multi‑touch follow‑up until a lead books or opts out
Book and confirm 4‑5 club tours per day so they actually show up
Keep the CRM tidy and hand warm, booked tours to the membership team
Hit weekly booked‑and‑show tour targets
You’ll thrive here if you
Love talking to people and don’t get rattled by a “no”
Are fast, organised, and follow through
Are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
Communicate warmly and clearly — you’re the first voice of the club
Have some phone/sales/customer-service background (telesales, call centre, retail, hospitality) — fitness experience welcome but not required
Can work some evening and Sunday hours
