The Warehouse Coordinator oversees the distribution, movement and storage of supplies and products throughout the production facility. This position supervises and directs warehouse functions and ensures the smooth operation of all related activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Checking incoming goods against invoices, inspecting them to ensure they are damage-free, and accurately data entry them on our system with RF Smart guns.
- Unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages.
- Using warehousing machinery, such as forklifts, to lift, place and remove items on high shelves or racks.
- Sorting items and placing them in the correct location on shelves or in bins.
- Managing stock replenishment and rotation by moving later expiration date items to the back.
- Feeding the production lines with stock.
- Complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work workplace.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Secondary School completed
- Computer and Tech savvy is a MUST
- Organised and methodical
- Able to learn quickly and think independently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting

This role offers 38 hours per week. Tuesdays to Fridays, with Mondays off.
The position is available as either casual employment, remunerated at $45 per hour, or a full-time contract at $36 per hour.
