We're now looking for the next Delivery Manager – Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to lead one of our key service divisions. What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll take ownership of our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), leading the team and ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

In this role you'll:

- Lead and mentor a team of Plumbing Technicians and Install Coordinators, creating a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork and high performance.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee planned and reactive maintenance works from start to finish.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage commercial proposals that deliver value for our clients while achieving strong business outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and confidently, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and key operational metrics to continually improve service delivery.
- Lead by example in safety, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and fostering a culture where everyone goes home safely.

What we’re looking for:





We're looking for someone who's ready to step into leadership and build a long-term career with us.

- Experience: Senior plumber with a minimum of 4 years post-apprentice experience
- The Tickets: You must hold a Journeyperson Plumbing licence (at a minimum), General Construction Induction (White Card), a C Class Drivers licence (or above), Asbestos Awareness, and Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention qualifications
- Strong plumbing maintenance knowledge with the ability to confidently manage multiple jobs and priorities.
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A genuine desire to continue growing your career into senior leadership.
