The Opportunity

The Finance Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the business Finance department and the ownership and accountability for the business financial systems. The role will drive financial planning processes and reliable forecasting reports. The Finance Manager will ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Managing the Finance team to successfully run:
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Accounts Payables functions
- Processing payments
- Inventory records
- Contractor and supplier system compliance
- Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, banking, and other transactions
- Provide insightful information, cashflow and budget forecasting, and data analyse to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, and;




- Present financial reports, monthly and quarterly, to Directors, stakeholders, and executives
- Overseeing month end and year end consolidation, reconciliation and reporting processes
- Management of FBT compliance and reporting.
- Resolving more complex client account queries
- Evaluating and improving existing business processes and identifying new requirements

About you

- 2+ years' experience in a managerial role
- Adaptable, problem solver
