The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across Adelaide Domestic (and) International terminals . This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently.
Monday to Friday availability - 8:00AM to 4:00PM (no weekend work)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites
- Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset
- Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels
- Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals
- Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting
- Strong computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel (SAP or similar)
- Confident leadership and people management skills
- Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
- Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred
- Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
- Relevant working rights in New Zealand & ability to obtain airport clearance
