Support the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure project through effective logistics coordination and administration.
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a major earthworks project, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of materials, equipment, personnel movements and site logistics.
Working closely with the Project Team, Plant, Procurement and Site Operations teams, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics activities and supporting the efficient delivery of project requirements.

About the Role
As the Logistics Administrator, you will:
- Provide administration support to the project logistics function
- Coordinate deliveries, transport movements and site requirements
- Maintain accurate records for plant, materials, equipment and documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices and supplier communication
- Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure requirements are met
- Manage registers, reports and logistics documentation
- Assist with travel, accommodation and workforce movement coordination
- Ensure compliance with project processes, systems and safety requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the wider project team
About You
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a logistics, project administration or construction support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on civil, construction, mining or infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project administration systems
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
