Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing a range of merchandising tasks such as planograms, point‑of‑sale set‑up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers.

About the Role

Approximately 15 hours per week in Mentone and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.

Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Wednesday being essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Building strong relationships with store personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Submitting tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
- Representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful Candidate Will Have

- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail workplace
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus




- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
