Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual basis. You will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves, working across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will receive onboarding training and continuous learning opportunities through Sephora’s online platform and field trainers.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment for customers, listening and embracing their unique needs.
- Observe new products, beauty trends, and techniques, and share insights with customers.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of the CRM program.
- Participate in cross‑training and in‑store beauty expert training sessions.
- Share knowledge with your team of Beauty Advisors and with customers.
- Leverage previous sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Prior sales or retail customer‑facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Enthusiastic about beauty products and trends.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the LVMH community.
