With more than 80 years of industry expertise, our client delivers end-to-end solutions across the project lifecycle, from metallurgical testing and process design through to engineering, equipment supply, and project delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking General Labourers to join their team in Carrara in a long-term role. Successful candidates will be required to work Monday -Friday, 5am-1:30pm.

In this position you will be:

- Sand, smooth and shape fibreglass components using hand tools and power sanders.
- Inspect fibreglass products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles and perform necessary repairs.
- Apply fillers or resins where required to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate sanding machines and maintain proper sanding techniques to avoid damage to materials.
- Clean and maintain sanding equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Follow all workshop safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE (e.g., masks, gloves).
- Assist with other fibreglass preparation tasks as required, such as trimming or cutting components.

What You Will Need

- Drivers Licence & reliable transport
- Previous experience in factory environments
- Physically fit as the work will be labour intensive
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
