Territory Sales Manager – Neutrog & Rutec

Neutrog and Rutec are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth across horticulture, viticulture and broadacre markets. This full‑time role sits within a close, professional team and plays a pivotal part in strengthening the combined impact of Neutrog’s biological solutions and Rutec’s liquid nutrition programs.

With Neutrog’s biological innovation anchoring our group and Rutec’s liquid nutrition expertise complementing it, we offer growers a complete, integrated solution. Together, we bring a powerful combination of biological insight, technical capability and practical experience to help growers achieve predictable, high‑quality outcomes.

About the Role

You will focus on building strong, sustainable relationships by understanding what matters to growers and taking a genuine interest in the challenges they face. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Sales team while engaging directly with growers, agronomists, distributors and relevant grower groups across your territory.

This is a highly autonomous, on‑the‑road role suited to someone who is self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and energised by variety. Most team connection occurs via phone, email and Teams, with monthly face‑to‑face meetings in SA. Regular travel within your territory is required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building relationships - establishing, managing and growing meaningful connections with growers, agronomists and distributors
- Supporting growers - asking the right questions, understanding their challenges, and helping troubleshoot pathways to better outcomes
- Problem‑solving - responding to queries with initiative, professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset




- Presenting to industry groups - sharing knowledge with grower groups and stakeholders
- Representing both brands - acting as an ambassador for Neutrog and Rutec in every interaction

You’ll also play a key role in helping growers understand and adopt biological solutions, many of which are still new to the industry.

About You

You naturally build trust and take a thoughtful, curious approach to understanding growers’ needs and goals. You enjoy working alongside them to find the best path forward and are energised by being at the forefront of new products and technologies.

You will bring:

- Strong capability and confidence using CRM systems (Microsoft CRM experience highly regarded)
- A proven record in sales and relationship management
- Experience working with primary producers and agricultural stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding of crop nutrition and agricultural practices
- Agronomy or applied agricultural science background highly regarded
- Experience in horticulture and/or broadacre systems highly regarded, as these are key growth areas
- A flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to Neutrog’s unique, well‑established processes
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to work independently
