The Role
Reporting to the Development Team Leader, you will be working across both legacy and modern technologies. You'll maintain Microsoft Access applications, develop SQL-based solutions and contribute to application migration and modernization projects. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions that support the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and enhance business-critical Microsoft Access applications and databases
- Gather, document and manage business requirements for application enhancements and migration projects
- Perform SQL development,
troubleshooting and data analysis across multiple systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in application modernisation, migration and lift-and-shift initiatives
- Create functional specifications, technical documentation and process documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable and sustainable technology solutions
About You
- Solid experience with Microsoft Access databases, applications and VBA development
- Solid SQL development skills, including troubleshooting, reporting and data analysis
- Experience supporting and maintaining legacy business applications
- Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Hands on experience working on application migration, modernisation or lift-and-shiftprojects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly Regarded
- C# and .NET development experience
- ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
