About The Role

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'llcreate a welcoming and memorable first impression. From assistingmembers with renewals to welcoming new members to the Panthersfamily, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with confidenceand professionalism.

You'll coordinate day-to-day Membership operations, assist withenquiries and membership purchases, and provide knowledgeableadvice on our products and services. With your enthusiasm,attention to detail and passion for helping people, you'll ensureevery interaction reflects the high standards our members expectfrom Panthers.

As Membership Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Membership FootyHub.

Assist with the coordination of Membership buses for game daysand events.

Drive Membership sales by delivering exceptional customerservice and identifying sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the PanthersMembership program, products and advantages.

Coordinate Membership operations, including payment planprocessing, Member pack fulfilment, seating allocations and Memberevents.

Assist with ticketing builds and the allocation of tickets forgame days.

Identify opportunities to grow and retain the Membershipbase.

Respond to Member enquiries promptly and professionally viaphone and email, within 24 hours.





Deliver a consistent high standard of customer service,including proactively upselling Membership products and serviceswhere appropriate.

Build positive relationships with Members, ensuring everyinteraction reflects the

Panthers brand and enhances the overall Member experience.

About You

You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceand creating memorable member experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you willhave:

- Exceptional customer service, communication and organisationalskills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MicrosoftOffice, databases and ticketing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to workaccurately and efficiently.
- The ability to work proactively, both independently and as partof a team.
- A professional, well-presented approach and pride inrepresenting the Panthers brand.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays andweekends.
- An interest in Rugby League or the sporting industry.
