Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant ICQA to lead daily shift activities at one of our Fulfilment Centres. You will mentor associates, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive improvements across productivity metrics.

You will partner with the Shift/Area Manager on planning, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and timely issue resolution. This role is based in office at our Melbourne area facility.
