About the role

We are currently looking for a blender who can undertake production and machine operation activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Production and warehouse duties including forklift operation, filling, mixing, batching, packing, and labelling
- Weighing and measuring raw ingredients
- Loading mixers and operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks and completing batch sheets/process orders
- Cleaning plant equipment and maintaining site housekeeping
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products using a forklift
- Completing production documents, stocktake sheets, delivery dockets, and monitoring logs accurately
- Conducting inspections of materials and equipment as required
- Following all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures
- Reporting hazards, abnormal operating conditions, and providing feedback on issues
- Supporting a positive team environment with strong communication and teamwork
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in production, operations, and equipment maintenance




- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience weighing and mixing raw ingredients
- Ability to lift up to 15–20kg
- Strong OH&S; knowledge
- Versatile with working hours and available for overtime when required
- Clear and effective communication skills and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based operational environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
