Sales Assistant/Sales PA to Senior Sales Agent

If you are passionate about real estate and want to be counted amongst the best, then join us to jump to the next level. We are currently seeking a Sales Assistantto work alongside twoSenior Sales Agentsand support them in their day-to-day activities located at theBox Hill office.

Experience in real estate is preferred, although not essential. We will train you in everything Real Estate, as long as you have the drive and the willingness to learn and to prospect.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Prospecting: Make prospecting calls on a weekly basis, with instructions provided on how to approach each call and potential leads.
- Open for Inspections & Follow-Ups:Conduct open-forinspections and follow up with buyers to assess interest and provide information.
- Auction Support: Support the team during auctions ensuring the events run smoothly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare pre-listing kits and reports, manage databases, liaise with vendors and purchasers, prepare contracts, liaise with solicitors, process new listings and advertising schedules, schedule appointments, assist with marketing campaigns, and perform general administrative duties.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and experience required:

- Experience in a quick-paced sales-driven or call center environment, highly regarded
- Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate(Essential)
- Proven experience working towards targets and KPIs




- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Police Check
