Our team is comprised of specialist fire protection professionals, contractors, plumbers, sprinkler fitters and electricians who not only install, but also maintain and provide ongoing support for your fire protection system.

About the Role

We are currently sourcing a Sprinkler Fitter to join our Contracts Project Division based from our Heatherbrae premise. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly and commissioning of new fire sprinkler systems across commercial and mining projects. You’ll work from design drawings and specifications to install pipework, valves, pumps and associated equipment, ensuring systems are delivered to code and project requirements.

Working closely with project managers, site supervisors and clients, you’ll contribute to delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard. You will also assist with testing and commissioning, preparing compliance documentation and supporting handover processes.

The role is a Monday to Friday position, working a minimum of 8 hours per day accruing a monthly RDO.





Key Responsibilities

- Install, assemble and commission fire sprinkler systems across commercial and mining projects in accordance with design drawings, specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, site supervisors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Undertake system testing and commissioning, prepare compliance documentation and support project handover activities.

Experience and Qualifications

Current Sprinkler Fitter qualifications and relevant licenses (e.g., Cert III in Fire Protection or equivalent)

Previous experience in installation or servicing commercial and/or industrial sprinkler systems

Sound understanding of relevant standards

Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach

Valid driver’s licence and White Card
