With continued business growth, we're looking for an experienced BDM to drive recent customer acquisition across QLD. About the Role

This is a true Business Development position focused on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across transport, warehousing, distribution and third-party logistics (3PL).

You'll work closely with prospective customers to understand their supply chain requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions that create long-term value.

You'll be responsible for:

- Winning new logistics, transport and warehousing customers




- Developing strategic relationships across a diverse range of industries
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation
- Preparing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Working closely with operations to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Representing the business professionally within the market

Customer base: Manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, retailers and commercial businesses

About You

We're looking for a successful Business Development Manager with a proven history of winning new business in a B2B sales environment.

Experience within logistics, transport, freight, warehousing or supply chain is highly regarded;

Most importantly, you'll demonstrate:

- A proven track record of generating new business
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- The ability to identify customer challenges and develop commercial solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong commercial acumen
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own sales activity
