Brighter Access is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Cessnock, East Maitland, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas in permanent part-time and casual roles. You will provide high-quality care spanning personal support, domestic assistance and behaviour support, helping participants maintain independence in their homes.
Experience is welcomed but not essential; we offer a fast-track path from casual to permanent part time for the right candidate.
