About the Role

We are looking for a Software Training and Support Specialist to join our team based in Carrum Downs.

This is a varied role that combines customer support, software training support and supporting client onboarding. You will work closely with new and existing clients, helping them confidently use our software while providing ongoing support and guidance. You will also work alongside our development team to investigate issues, test new features and contribute to the continual improvement of our software and support resources. Hybrid working arrangements are available following your initial training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver software support training for new and existing clients on site and via webinar and online meetings.
- Create on going genuine connections and relationships with clients.
- Ongoing nurturing and management of client relationships.
- Provide day-to-day client support by phone, email and online chat.
- Assist the team with onboarding and preparing software installations.
- Work with clients to understand and resolve software enquiries.
- Liaise with our development team to investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Test software updates and current functionality before release.
- Maintain and improve client help documentation.
- Assist with conferences, education sessions and client events throughout the year.




- Contribute ideas to improve our products, training and customer experience.

About You

Previous experience in software support, customer service, software training or healthcare administration would be highly regarded, but we are equally interested in people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
