ProTen is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Griffith region broiler farm operations, including farms at Goolgowi, Rankin Springs and Narrandera. You will lead daily farm activities, manage relationships with processors, employees and contractors, and ensure accurate reporting and strong governance across SHEQ and financial areas.
The role requires a hands-on leader with a proactive approach, a solid safety culture, and a commitment to animal welfare.
