KaRa Institute of Neurological Diseases (KaRa MINDS) is seeking a motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to support a range of dementia clinical trials at our Macquarie Park facility. We are looking for someone with strong organisation, accuracy, communication and participant care skills, who can manage complex trial requirements calmly and reliably. This role offers the prospect to translate research into clinical practice supporting those with dementia and their partners to find a cure.

As part of our team, you will be involved in a range of clinical trial activities dependent on your skill set, including:

Key responsibilities include:

- Recruiting, booking and tracking study participants
- Preparing study worksheets and documentation




- Liaising with multidisciplinary team members
- Preparing ethics documentation
- Supporting data entry, data management and other trial activities
- Qualification in science, nursing, psychology, or health related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and strong attention to detail
- Evidence of project / team management skills
- Experience in participant recruitment
- Understanding of dementia through lived or academic study
- Experience with data management systems, laboratory sample processing or cognitive assessments
