The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join us.

This role is essential to the success of our projects, managing all contractual and administrative functions from project inception to completion. You’ll work closely with Company owner and clients to assist that everything runs smoothly, on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and contracts and subcontracts
- Liaise with clients, consultants, councils, certifiers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Assist in tendering where possible





What You’ll Need

- 3 + years of experience in a Contract Administrator role within construction
- Robust knowledge of construction contract management and relevant commercial building legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and construction software
- Ability to work independently
