- Keep the boutique ready withaccurateCRM, well‑prepared appointments, and immaculate presentation.
- Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery.
- Arrange simple service needs (orders, repairs, collections) with transparent, proactive updates.

About You

- Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or high‑touch client service.




- Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication.
- Curiosity about craftsmanship and a genuine interest in fine jewellery.
- Reliability and flexibility across boutique trading hours.
