Your Role
- Deliver resident‑focused care under the guidance of Registered Nurses
- Assist with clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to personalised care plans and ongoing reviews
- Provide care aligned with best practice clinical standards; support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience supporting high‑care and dementia residents
- Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments
- Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations encouraged
