About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a busy venue, so strong barista experience is essential. You must be confident working on a commercial coffee machine, handling high-volume coffee service, and maintaining consistency and speed during busy periods.

You’ll also be involved in all aspects of front‑of‑house, including customer service, food and drink running, clearing tables, taking orders, and supporting the team wherever needed. You’ll often work independently and be trusted to keep service running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café (essential)
- Confident producing high volumes of quality coffee during peak service
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience with good food and wine knowledge




- Managers Certificate preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Happy to work across all front‑of‑house duties, including floor service, bar, running food, clearing tables, and customer service
- Reliable, well‑presented, and a strong team player
- Available for 6:00am starts
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Australian work rights required
