Our client is seeking experienced and safety-focused Plant Operators to join our asphalt crews in Welshpool. Work on major infrastructure projects while operating a range of civil construction plant in a supportive team workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate rollers, skid steers, loaders, pavers and other mobile plant.
- Assist with asphalt laying, spreading and compaction.
- Complete pre-starts, routine maintenance and report faults.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with paving crews and supervisors.
- Complete required safety and plant documentation.

About You

- White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Experience in civil construction, asphalt or plant operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work early starts, night shifts, weekends and overtime.

Desirable

- Skid Steer and/or Front-End Loader ticket.




- Roller or Paver operating experience.
- Spray seal/bitumen spray truck experience.
- MR, HR or HC Licence.
