You will assume the role of Manager, Practice Support for Youth Justice and Victim Support in Cleveland, QLD. The role focuses on designing and implementing operational policy and initiatives within the youth detention workplace to drive service improvements.

You will provide expert advice, coordinate feedback, and ensure policy changes are communicated to detention staff, while working with senior managers to support best practice service delivery.
