Beare Flooring is one of Australia's fastest-growing flooring companies, and we're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Head Office team in Helensvale.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the business owner and senior management, helping keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive on organisation, enjoy problem solving, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
Your day will include a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Processing customer and supplier orders
- Releasing orders for delivery and installation
- Matching supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Accounts reconciliation using Xero
- General data entry and administrative support
- Stock management and inventory administration
- Maintaining organised office systems and documentation
- Assisting with supplier and customer enquiries
- Supporting the wider Head Office team with day-to-day administration
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of organisation and time management
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
