- Mentorship: Support junior team members through coaching,
knowledge sharing, and showing what outstanding looks like in strategic partner management.
What You Bring?
- Substantial experience managing high‑value B2B channel relationships ideally across managed service providers, cloud marketplaces, vendors, or adjacent channel ecosystems (including telco).
- A proven consultative approach: uncover partner goals, navigate multiple stakeholders, and turn complexity into clear commercial plans.
- Strong understanding of managed service provider business models, partner economics, and what drives adoption, churn, and long‑term partner growth.
- Confidence running executive conversations, presenting strategic plans, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews with credibility and momentum.
- High operational discipline: forecasting accuracy, pipeline rigour, and Salesforce hygiene that leadership can rely on.
- A "get up and go" mindset – entrepreneurial, proactive, comfortable creating momentum with the tools available, and energised by change.
- Community‑builder instincts – bringing partners together, activating events, and showing leadership in the channel.
- Willingness to travel for partner visits and industry events as required.
