Join the Catering Team at Hardi Aged Care – Blacktown

At Hardi Aged Care, mealtimes are an important part of our residents’ day. We are looking for a reliable and caring Catering Assistant / Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team at our Blacktown facility, working alongside an experienced chef in a supportive environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist with:

- Basic food preparation
- Serving meals and snacks to residents
- Assisting with kitchen stock and deliveries
- Meal trolley service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up duties

Available Shifts- Morning and afternoon shifts available with versatile rostering.

About You

- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Friendly and respectful when interacting with older people
- Able to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in hospitality, aged care catering, kitchen hand, or food service roles is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

- Current COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Check
