Urbnest Property is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to support our property management team by conducting routines, exit and entry inspections, data entry and admin tasks. This is a fantastic prospect to join a dynamic team with the flexibility to set your own hours. A work vehicle is provided for on-the-job travel.
About the Role:
Data entry using user-friendly property management software- Console Cloud and Inspect realestate
Collect, drop off, and cut keys as needed for tenant and property access
Prepare accurate and thorough property condition reports
Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding
Enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule and hours
Skills and Attributes:
Current driver’s license& well-presented car
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
A positive attitude and a desire to create win-win outcomes
Excellent attention to detail, especially when preparing inspection reports
Highly organised with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
Reliable and punctual – a dependable presence for our team and clients
Confident using apps, smartphones, and digital tools
Comfortable working on the road and communicating professionally with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
Current Certificate of Registration
Willingness to travel to various properties within the metro area
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
