Our client is looking for someone that can make a difference and is a great match for a Rostering Manager role. We’re seeking an experienced Rostering Manager to support a leading aged care provider by leading a dedicated team and ensuring seamless workforce coordination across multiple service streams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Rostering Officers
- Oversee end?to?end rostering, shift coverage, and workforce allocation across Residential and Home and Community services
- Improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and support care?minute targets
- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, industrial instruments, and quality standards
- Provide accurate reporting and data insights to management
- Conduct audits relating to casual hours, visa restrictions, and roster compliance
- Identify process improvements and support continuous workforce optimisation
About You
- Strong experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (aged care, disabilities or health preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills
- Ability to interpret EA, NES, and legislative requirements
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Calm, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative, people?focused and committed to quality and continuous improvement
