Atom Resources are seeking skilled and reliable Excavator Operators to join our team on long-term civil and infrastructure projects across Sydney and surrounding areas.

What’s on offer:

- Ongoing jobsites with 50+ hours per week
- $45-$55 plus penaltiesand allowances
- Work on some of Australia’s largest transport and infrastructure projects
- Opportunities to progress and develop within a leading civil contractor

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating excavators carrying out final trim, detailed excavation and deep trenching.
- Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery
- Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
- Current excavator ticket & White Card (essential)
- Additional plant tickets or Posi Track experience (advantageous)
- Background in civil construction with over 5 years experience
- Strong safety focus and reliability
