About the role

This is a casual position offering flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends. You'll be working within aged care facilities, providing hands-on support to residents and working as part of a dedicated care team.

What you'll be doing

- Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, meals, and everyday living activities
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate, timely care notes and documentation
- Create a safe, respectful,



and welcoming workplace where residents feel valued every shift
- Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best practice requirements

What we're looking for

- Recent AIN experience in an aged care setting
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, compassionate approach
- A real commitment to quality, resident-centred care
- Availability across a range of shifts including weekdays and weekends
