What You'll Be Doing

You'll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, turning inventory activity into actionable insight.

Own inventory records and drive rigorous stock reconciliation

Design and coordinate stocktake, then dig into the results to find the 'why'





Investigate discrepancies with a forensic eye and implement lasting fixes

Analyse slow-moving and obsolete stock and recommend strategic responses

Contribute to demand planning and forecasting models

Identify gaps in current processes and lead improvements end-to-end

Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who goes beyond data entry, someone who interrogates, interprets, and improves.

Proven experience in inventory management, asset control, logistics, or demand planning

Strong analytical toolkit: advanced Excel and confidence with inventory or ERP systems

A methodical, investigative mindset - you don't rest until the numbers add up

Ability to translate complex data into transparent, actionable recommendations

Strong independent work ethic with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines

Clear, confident communication - you can present findings as compellingly as you find them
