We deliver comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management, and we encourage team input to improve services and patient outcomes. Training and mentorship are provided to support your clinical growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality general practice consultations across a broad age range, including acute care, chronic disease management, preventative health and mental health support. Conduct patient assessments, formulate management plans, and coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health professionals as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical audits, and continuous professional development activities. Support practice initiatives that enhance patient experience, service efficiency, and community engagement.

What We Offer

Remuneration: 60% to 65% on billings - competitive and transparent.





It is negotiable with higher percentage for VR GPs. Non VR GPs with need to discuss as it will be based on the level of supervision needed. Flexible hours: Full-time with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements

PEP specialists, VR GPs, GPs seeking FSP are encouraged to.

MBBS or equivalent medical degree and registration status that is eligible for General, Limited, Provisional or Specialist registration in Australia. 3-6 years clinical experience in general practice or related settings.

Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an eligible work (business) visa. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to high-quality patient care, continuous learning and participation in practice development.
