About the role As an Administration Assistant, this is your opportunity to provide efficient clerical and administrative support to the Stafford Corps, helping achieve positive outcomes and advance The Salvation Army’s mission.
Reporting to the Corps Officers, this is a permanent, part-time role offering 21 hours a week, based in Stafford, QLD.
How you will make an impact Provide efficient administrative, clerical and reception support to ensure the smooth operation of the Corps office. Manage correspondence, mail, records, data entry and general office administration.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, newsletters, reports and Corps statistics. Support employee and volunteer administration, along with Salvos Connect and community programs. Assist with financial administration, purchasing, donations processing and facility hire coordination.
Support Corps events and activities while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and training requirements.
What you will bring Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems, including records management and data management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality Certificate in Business Administration desirable
At least 2 years’ experience in administration National police check is required
