The Role:
- Assist the Senior Property Manager with their portfolio
- Conduct routine inspections
- Lodge and follow-up maintenance work orders
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Application processing
- Open homes and private inspections
- Administration & lease sign-up packs
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent time management skills
