We are an Australian manufacturer and distributor of Plumbing, Air-conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical parts, supplying trade customers throughout the country. Due to continued growth and rapid expansion, we're offering a full-time position for a self-motivated, reliable and hard-working individual to join the team at our Caringbah warehouse.
The role
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm. We're flexible on the arrangement — a 4-days-on / 3-days-off roster is also an option — with average hours of 35–40 per week.
Duties include
- Trade counter service – greeting customers on arrival, assisting with pickups, and handling all walk-in enquiries
- Providing counter and phone service to trade customers
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotes
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Organising and maintaining stock
- Supporting general sales activities
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse
- Occasional local deliveries using a company ute
About you
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience
- A minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience
- A reliable, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A current driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded)
Experience in plumbing, HVAC or electrical wholesale will be well regarded but is not essential — full product training is provided.
