Based in Geebung, QLD, our team manages every stage of outdoor play and fitness projects — from design and manufacturing through to installation and maintenance.
We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Sales Support team on a full time, permanent basis (following a six-month probation period). No logistics qualification? No problem — we'll provide full training to get you qualified with a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.
The Role
Working closely with our sales and project teams, you'll support the purchase and delivery of KOMPAN equipment from quotation through to project completion. You'll be the link between our warehouse, suppliers, freight partners and project managers, keeping shipments moving and our inventory accurate.
What You'll Do
- Prepare freight quotes for local & international shipments (air & sea)
- Track and trace shipments, and maintain the incoming & outgoing logistics schedule
- Liaise with Project Managers and update Navision with shipping dates
- Liaise with suppliers of local production and international teams
- Maintain accuracy of the inventory system and receive Purchase Orders
- Prepare documentation to facilitate Australian customs clearance
- Provide back-up support for Storeman functions and the wider Sales Support team
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role
- General understanding of international shipping and project management
- A Forklift Licence (LF minimum) is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one
- Outstanding communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic team player who can work autonomously
