The Switch is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to manage maintenance across two Sydney assets from Macquarie Park. You’ll perform routine and reactive maintenance, run safety checks, and ensure buildings are compliant and ready for residents.
You will work hands-on with the Maintenance Coordinator, guide contractors, and uphold WHS standards while ensuring smooth operations during tenancy transitions and asset stabilisation.
