Melrose is a Brisbane construction company doing great work with exceptional people, and we’re growing. We’re after a Site Manager to run our new build projects across quick service retail, education and commercial work. No two jobs the same, and handovers that actually mean something to the people waiting on them.

This is building at pace with no room for shortcuts. One job is a brand client with exacting standards and a program measured in weeks; the next is an operating school with students next door, or a commercial client who expects it right the first time. Everything inside the gate is yours, from sequence and safety through to quality and daily production, and your job is to turn the project plans into reality.

This is a standalone site role: you're the senior person on the ground, running the trades and setting the safety culture, with a Project Manager and Contract Administrator working beside you.



When something moves on program, cost or safety, we hear about it the day it appears, not the week after.

The role reports to the Project Manager, backed by a proper delivery process and a head office team that actually supports its sites.

You’re probably a fit if you:

- Have senior site management experience running your own recent build jobs (QSR, education or commercial work is a strong bonus)
- Hold a QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence and a trade or construction qualification
- Lead safety like it's non-negotiable, because here it is
- Can run multiple trades to a tight program without letting quality slide
- Say it early when something’s off, whether that's program, cost or safety, even when the news is bad
