What you'll be doing
In this Enrolled Nurse role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting positive clinical outcomes and patient wellbeing. Key responsibilities will be to:
Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating individualised care
Communicate effectively with patients, families and care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Deliver care in line with professional standards and policies
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
Registration
Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
