Join Thrive Lifecare and work on equipment that genuinely changes lives. We are looking for a motivated technician to fit, configure and service complex mobility equipment across Tasmania.
This is not a standard workshop role. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, support clients directly, and solve real-world challenges with tailored solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Set up, configure and fit powered and manual wheelchairs and specialised equipment
- Attend trials and fittings with clinicians to achieve the best client outcomes
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Deliver and install equipment in homes, hospitals and aged care facilities
- Perform servicing, safety checks and preventative maintenance
- Contribute to continuous improvement across products and processes
