You have a passion for hospitality. Thrive under pressure. Are enthusiastic when you solve puzzles and are only satisfied when the customer gets a kick out of the effort you have put in.
Experienced in Pub Management you have a handle on managing broad teams across multiple departments. Can troubleshoot problems, find solutions and are able to ask for help when you can't.
Role Responsibilities

- Supervise the whole team and support your colleagues
- Lead from the front and inspire with positivity
- Operate with a controlled sense of urgency
- Balance pragmatism and empathy without compromise
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Exemplary cash handling and efficient reporting
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures
- Opens, Mids and Close shifts.
Skills / Experience
- Strong proficiency in both foodand beverage with minimum three (3) years' experience, is essential.
- Solid understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
- Professionally presented, committed, trustworthy and responsible.
