Tony Isgrove's Paint and Decorate is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of our factory and support our project teams across Sydney.
This is a varied role suited to someone with previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or painting-related setting. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised, preparing paint and equipment for upcoming projects, and assisting our Project Managers with deliveries and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse
- Mix and prepare paints for upcoming projects
- Colour match paints accurately
- Label, organise and prepare paint for delivery to job sites
- Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for upcoming projects
- Deliver paint, equipment and other gear to job sites
- Assist Project Managers with site deliveries and logistics
- Place notices at upcoming job sites
- Move and transport company trailers when required
- Monitor warehouse stock and advise when materials need to be reordered
- Ensure equipment and materials are stored correctly and ready for use
About You
- Have previous experience working in a paint shop, paint warehouse or similar environment
- Have experience mixing and colour matching paint
- Be organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Be physically capable of lifting and moving paint, equipment and materials
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence
- Be confident driving a company vehicle and towing or moving trailers
- Have solid attention to detail and good communication skills
