Do you have experience coordinating property settlements or apartment handovers? We're looking for an organised, customer-focused professional to join this Client Care team with stand out Tier 2 Property Developer, ensuring purchasers enjoy a seamless journey from pre-settlement inspection through to collecting the keys to their recent home.

The Role

Working across completed residential developments, you'll coordinate the settlement process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting pre-settlement inspections with purchasers.
- Coordinating apartment handovers and key collections.
- Arranging valuer access prior to settlement.
- Booking appointments and liaising with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams.
- Inspecting completed apartments to ensure they are presentation and settlement ready.




- Supporting the team during busy settlement periods.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in property settlements, apartment handovers or developer client care is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
