About the role:

Assist Speech Pathologistsin delivering therapy to children in various settings (home, school and clinic).

Provideindividualised supportto children, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and independence. Help increating,



implementing and monitoring therapy plansto ensure positive outcomes. Document progress and assist withassessments and reports, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each child’s abilities.

Work closely with families, providing support andactively listeningto their needs and goals. Be part of acollaborative, multidisciplinary team, helping to create an integrated approach to care.

Essential criteria:

- Relevant qualification (eg. Allied Health Assistance) or upcoming qualification in the field of Speech Pathology. Experience working as an Allied Health Assistant for Speech Pathologists or Speech Pathology Assistant is desirable but not required.
- NSW driver's license and own transport
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow a therapy plan as delegated by a therapist and respond to feedback.
