This well-established retail community pharmacy is located in Toowoomba, just a 2 hour drive from Brisbane.

Job Specification

- As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the dispensary team and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
- Deliver high-quality professional services, manage dispensary workflow, and support the development of your team.
- The pharmacy operates on Z dispense and handles a medium script volume.
- Supported by 2 other pharmacists, 5 Dispense Technicians, and a large front of shop team.
- Roster: 8 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break.
- Market-competitive salary: $60 per hour plus super, negotiable based on experience.
- Monday to Friday roster in a well-supported team.
- Toowoomba location.

Skills Required

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to understand cash‑flow and financials within a pharmacy business.
- Approachable management style.

Salary & Benefits

A competitive rate of $60 per hour + super for Monday - Friday roster, negotiable based on experience.
