Coliban Water is seeking an experienced Team Leader to form and deliver customer connection services across water, sewer and recycled water networks. You will lead a field operations team, coordinate contractors and ensure protected, compliant service delivery in a 24/7 environment.

The role reports to the Manager Rural and Urban Services within the Asset & Operations group and offers a salary range aligned with the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4, plus superannuation.
